Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing HelpItGarage. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable repair manuals or software (once accessed/downloaded).

  • Custom Orders: Specialized parts ordered specifically for your vehicle.

  • Electrical Components: Once the original seal is broken or the part has been installed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect part due to our error, HelpItGarage will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@helpitgarage.com

with photos of the damage and your order number. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@helpitgarage.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely pack the item and include your RMA inside the box.
