Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HelpItGarage, we are committed to delivering your automotive parts and tools across India in the fastest time possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • If we are facing a high volume of orders or supply chain delays, we will notify you via SMS/Email regarding the revised schedule.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer transparent shipping rates based on order value and weight:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99/- for orders below ₹1000/-

  • Free Shipping: Valid on all orders above ₹1500/-.

  • Heavy/Bulky Items: For items like engines, bumpers, or heavy machinery, additional handling charges may apply. These will be clearly displayed as a separate line item at the checkout page (inclusive of GST).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with reputed Indian couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas (North-East, J&K, Island territories): 10–12 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification and an email with a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹2000/-

  • A nominal COD convenience fee of ₹99/- may be charged by the courier partner.

  • Verification: Our team may call you to verify COD orders before dispatch to prevent RTO (Return to Origin).

6. Taxes and GST

  • All prices listed on helpitgarage.com are inclusive of GST.

  • A formal GST invoice will be sent with your package. If you require a B2B Invoice with your company's GSTIN, please enter your details during the checkout process.

7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three (3) times. If the package remains undelivered due to the customer being unavailable or the address being incorrect, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Reshipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you find that the shipping box is damaged or the "HelpItGarage" security tape is tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

  • Please take a photo/video of the package and contact us immediately at SUPPORT@HELPITGARAGE.COM

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
